"Allstate re-assigned us to a new agent who would not return emails or even answer the phone. This prompted us to start looking for new insurance for our West Loop condo. Found Linda online. She was quick to respond to email and super attentive to our needs, including talking through different coverage options over the phone. "This has been my agent for over 16 years, and every time I needed to speak with her its was always an issue. I called several times and leave messages and they would never call back. The final straw was i was trying to add another vehicle to my insurance, and I called in to do so and whoever answered the phone said they would call me back at noon on 9/8 i still haven't gotten a call back and its 9/20. I just went online and changed my agent because enough was enough. I got a new agent name Brian Kovach, and he called me right when the change agent went through and introduced himself and said he's there for anything i need. He has absolutely done that. If you want an agent that responsive stay away for this agent. The ppl working for her also aren't really helpful either."

"Jacked up our rates for no reason. Mixed up our cars and names. Had 2 claims on my policy that were incorrect. Would not return phone calls when asked. Horrible service Changed agents within State Farm and rates immediately went down by half. Got more answers from our new agent in one day than from this office in 2+ months. UPDATE…. Never contacted us like stated here. Don’t believe this agent. Go elsewhere for your insurance needs. Horrible horrible service."
